Eligibility:
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• Beauty and personal care items are final sale for hygiene reasons.
• Custom or special‑order items are non‑refundable.

Return Process:
• Email info@shopmankah.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
• Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.

Exchanges:
• Exchanges are available for size or color when inventory allows.
